Rob Slaughter
Co-Founder
Chartered Engineer / Ex-RAF / ETPS Graduate
Rob brings deep operational and engineering experience across fourth, fifth and emerging sixth-generation combat air and the enabling capabilities that underpin them, including Air Mobility and ISR. With a strong background in flight test and capability management as a requirements manager, he has operated at the critical interface between operational need and technical delivery.
He is recognised for advancing the application of digital engineering toolsets across the systems engineering lifecycle and accelerating progress from concept through test, qualification and certification.
At MTX, he ensures everything we deliver is engineered for operational credibility: usable, certifiable and ready for real-world deployment.
Jamie Campbell
Co-Founder
Technologist / Former Global Head of Innovation
Jamie brings over 25 years of experience across the video games and wider technology sectors, combining deep technical expertise with proven leadership. His career spans the full growth journey of technology businesses, from early-stage startups through to C-suite roles within an AIM-listed UK plc, giving him a strong track record in scaling organisations, building teams and delivering sustainable growth.
With a foundation in software engineering and embedded systems, alongside an MBA in Technology Management, he operates at the intersection of technology, delivery and commercial performance.
At MTX, he is responsible for operational excellence across the business translating ambition into execution and strategy into measurable results.
